Refund Policy
VenturePad offers our services for purchase with no up-front commitment and a straightforward cancellation policy. Memberships are month to month and require a 30 day notice to VenturePad to cancel. Memberships are much like an apartment rental, if you have paid a month and you vacate early, or you go on vacation in the middle of the month, there is no refund from the landlord. The same concept applies to VenturePad. Room reservations however are different. As long as a 48 hour notice is given, then refunds are in full, and will be credited back to the original credit card used at the time of making the initial reservation, unless the user requests to keep the payment on the books as a credit for future use. All refunds should appear on your credit card statement within five (5) business days after returning payment to you.

Privacy Policy
In order to ensure that the security of customer data is maintained, when we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such as financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server hosted by Satellite Deskworks. Whenever this secure server is in use, you will see the VenturePad logo and find links back to the VenturePad web site. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

VenturePad shall not sell information about your participation in the Services to any other third parties.  Additionally, VenturePad shall not publish your name in a public member directory without your explicit permission to do so. Member directory information shall only be presented on web pages utilizing SSL (https) security.

VenturePad reserves the right to:
Selectively post or remove information or materials from the member directory or other web site presence it maintains;
Disclose information about your use of the Services to satisfy applicable legal, regulation, or governmental requests.
